Day 3 of Camino

Astorga to Foncebadon

Today we changed up geography and entered the mountains. It’s cool to reach them after seeing them in the distance days ago.

Lots of elevation gain. Draining Jacob’s batteries a lot quicker. Wonderful views tho.

Some nice towns. Stopped at a cafe for breakfast, picnic lunch, then dinner at a bar.

Collins and Nicole’s feet are pretty blistered it’s not good, but pushing through. People have all sorts of remedies to help each other. So fun to keep bumping into familiar people. We’re a recognizable group.
