Day on the Trains

Our 6 hour train ride from Amsterdam to Berlin turned into an all day affair.

Started off a beautiful morning seeing Netherlands countryside.

A downed track left us stranded in the small town of Haste, Germany for a couple hours. Had to wait for a bus to take us to a new station.

Us on the floor of our new train because it was overfilled. I promise we were happier than we look.

After 10 hours we made it to Berlin!

Got to the hostel and went to a local grocery store for dinner. Got dark on us today, we're excited to see more of the city tomorrow. First impressions are a little overwhelming, this is a huge city, one of the biggest cities in Europe.
